When ski valley gets enough snow to ride, it is a spectacular steep mountain to enjoy in the Southwest. Skiing is easy for beginners and more advanced. Get lucky, is open only a few times a season at best.... More

You have to keep in mind what this resort is- the southernmost ski area in the US, a small, three lift ski area just an hour from sunny, warm Tucson. Is the snow always great? No. And some years the season is only a few weeks here and there. But for such a small resort with only about 1K vertical, it's a great place to ski when you get the itch,... More
