Conveniently located just over an hour's drive from New York City, Mountain Creek is known for its variety of terrain parks which spread across two mountain peaks. Its easy access means crowds can be quite an issue, plus snow has been variable in recent years as the resort sits in Northern New Jersey. Nonetheless, Mountain Creek is perfect for a quick ski fix!

Top notch snow blowing, NJ doesn't get nearly as much snow as we used to but Creek is keeping the snow on the slopes! The terrain park is mellow and awesome to build that progression toward larger jumps and rails, there's a feature for everyone somewhere on the mountain! Busy some weekends, empty during the week! Love spending the day on the slopes... More

Mountain Creek is very accessible. There is decent terrain variety throughout its 4 peaks. It can get very crowded on the weekends. The terrain parks are tons of fun on South and Bear peak.... More

Meh... It is skiing so how bad can it be? I might not be fair to be so hard on Mountain Creek but it really leaves a lot to be desired in terms of terrain. Its just real small. The park is always on point so that is cool but for the most part the whole mountain is a green circle.... More

Mountain creek is one of the best calming friendly resorts on the east coast. They have great beginners slopes and great ski instructors. Also for the more advanced silkier and snowboarder they have some of the best ski parks on the west coast. Only an hour and a half from New York City this mountain is always a fun time for all. ... I enjoy the night skiing. Also, the resort is convenient to get to from the new york metro area. This makes it convenient for after work shredding. The terrain is not the greatest but suffices. Also, the mountain is good for beginners.... More
