If it didn't rain the day I went here it would have been the best snowboarding of my life. The mountain is huge for the east coast and all the trails I rode were very woodsy, remote feeling trails. The first run was great but then we got blasted with ice cold rain and the trails turned to slush and we left. I still look forward to going back, but... More

The first time I went to Stratton, I was greeted by a mountain ambassador who took my skis as I went up the stairs, welcomed me to Stratton and wished me a stellar day on the mountain. all of that and a smile too. Stratton has a wide variety of terrain and great signs all over the mountain. Additionally, great snow conditions and village.
