With drier, colder and essentially better powder here than the Cascade Concrete at other Washington ski areas, Mission Ridge is a worthwhile visit. The down-to-earth resort offers an impressive 2,000 ac of terrain, most of which is best suited for intermediates and advanced skiers and snowboarders. The resort is also known for its family-friendliness and after a fun day of skiing, nearby Wenatchee provides affordable lodging and dining.

Smaller resort right outside of Wenatchee. The one time I was there it was an icy day. Still had fun but would be much better on a snow day. The Terrain seemed steep in places which would be great on a powder day. The lifts were long and slow moving but it wasn’t crowded.... More

Great little resort with a surprisingly large amount of varied terrain. Being on the east side of the Cascades, powder quality here is great as well, none of the typical West Coast slush you might be used to.
